After checking with four different companies we finally had our powered lanai screens installed by Lonnie of Coolbreeze. (888-896-8935) The whole job was done very professionally and Lonnie and his son cleaned everything up afterwards.
The price was not the lowest but it was far from the highest that we received. Usually you get what you pay for!! They have also been excellent after the sale for a minor adjustment needed and one problem created by the owner. (no charge)
