On a funny note-- My cousin's grandkids came to visit while she was digging up potatoes in her garden. The teenagers refused to eat the potatoes because they came out of the ground! What can I say, the teenagers lived in Detroit and didn't have a clue where the potatoes came from!
Sable: i read an article long ago that explained for centuries people refused to eat anything that had to be dug out of the ground...potatoes, carrots, beets??
Is there anything better tasting that a potato fried, mashed or baked
