Since being a good president is not a prerequisite for the position, then they better keep enough room up there for the first female president too. Obviously, it has nothing to do with being good at something, but just being "special." At least in "Special Olympics" the athlete is good at something, and not just the first of their kind.
I am sure that this is just a joke, but sounds like something that some idiot would come up with in our government.
