You need to find out if the boil notices are for you or if you are also getting the boil notices for 55,000 houses that are also in The Villages. Maybe you signed up for more information that is not your concern.

"If you have any questions, you may contact District Utility Customer Service at
352-750-0000, Mon through Fri. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or the Water Plant Operator at 352-753-1756 after hours and on weekends"

That's the people to ask. I think others in this thread gave the same advice.

What I have found is that when I am confused, no matter who I called, when I tell them that I appreciate them taking the extra time and I know working with seniors is not easy, everyone has assured me that they will help me and not to worry. Everyone has been very respectful to me down here.
