Default Barbecuing with a Smoker
I have recently purchased a Traeger Smoker and have been disappointed with my initial results, even though the Traeger web site posts many very positive reviews for this product.

I am anxious to talk to others in The Villages who have cooked successfully with smokers, hoping to learn why my results have been disappointing. I noted that one member had posted his Traeger on the classifieds in May.

Can anyone give me any feed-back on this subject?
