TooJay's is pretty consistent comfort food. Besides that I do not know.
One note on McCall's,
check the football schedule. We went over yesterday as my wife had a craving for fried chicken. I said lets go at 4 to beat the crowd
I opened the door expecting a fairly dead restaurant and to have my choice of seats at the bar and watch golf while eating. There was not a seat in the house!!!
Penn State was playing and these folks are into Penn State. Looked like they were having a blast. We did not wish to sit outside, so we had a drink, my wife got fried chicken to go, service was great even with the crowd.
I learned they also get a huge Buffalo Bills crowd, so check the schedule before going to McCall's
