I think our only option is to have our furniture moved and stored in the Cleveland area until we find a home. Rent a short term furnished home or apartment, and then find a home.

I don’t have the money to buy a home in Cleveland before we sell here. I can pay cash after this home sells.

Are there options that I am not aware of?

Thank you in advance.

We got a bridge loan from Third Federal in Lakewood, Ohio when we bought the house here before we sold in Cleveland. I think we figured that the bridge loan cost us $70. Third Federal's rates were the best at the time. Don't know about now.
