Did you get your issues with Comcast taken care of? If not, Villages A/V has been a great help for us. We used them to set up cable install and internet hook up when we moved in. It was great to have a real live person (that I could understand) to deal with. Tom is the guy to deal with, and he is also a resident, so that was a bonus.
