He was handcuffed and put in the steel paddy wagon and given a long, roundabout "rough ride" to the station to teach him a lesson. He was not belted in the wagon as orders dictated and was thrown all around the steel confines of the wagon. He died as a result of that "rough ride".

If you go back to the postings when this occured, you will see my predictions that the family would receive a mulit-million dollar payout. This happens in Baltimore. One man was given the same type of "rough ride", was left a quadriplegic and received a $39 million settlement.

Should all the 6 officers go to prison? No, just the driver on the charge of "depraved heart murder". Maybe the sergeant, too.

Police are not above the law and days of roughing up suspects just to teach them a lesson not to mess with police should have been over many years ago.
