If you go back to the postings when this occured, you will see my predictions that the family would receive a mulit-million dollar payout. This happens in Baltimore. One man was given the same type of "rough ride", was left a quadriplegic and received a $39 million settlement.
Should all the 6 officers go to prison? No, just the driver on the charge of "depraved heart murder". Maybe the sergeant, too.
Police are not above the law and days of roughing up suspects just to teach them a lesson not to mess with police should have been over many years ago.

No one should go to jail unless for some wild reason they can prove that someone murdered the guy. They had no reason to, so as far as I am concerned, until they prove motive, it didn't happen. For all I know, the other prisoner killed him. Or, the stupid idiot just slammed his head against the wall until he committed suicide. But, I see NO evidence that the cops were culpable, regardless of what the liberal media says.
