Hi, I used Dr. Mascarenhas for my surgery but he is close to Tavares. He is excellent and I have been extremely happy with this care (its 4 years and counting). His affiliation is with Waterman Hospital, who I also liked very much. Since my surgery was out patient, it just meant a few trips to his office which is probably about 30 min away. I know there are other docs who specialize in breast cancer surgery who are closer and you'll probably get recommendations from members of TOTV that will be very helpful.
