You are a PERFECT example of the Republicans don't begin to understand what being responsible is or even means.

The governor is the leader of the state. If there were riots in Orlando, Scott would be the person in charge of calming them.

Larry was asleep on the job as Maryland governor. He should have taken charge immediately. Doesn't matter if the voters or party in power is Republican or Democrat. The governor is the top state official and should have been there in Baltimore in charge of the situation.
