Our 2 year old 3 bedroom 2 bath unfurnished Courtyard Villa in the Village of Collier (Marianna Villas) is now available for long term (1 year minimum) rental. Enhanced model with wood-look floors in entry and kitchen, inside laundry room, stainless appliances, open bar area between kitchen and dining room, and ceiling fans. Space for one car plus golf cart in garage. Monthly rental is $1200 not including monthly fees such as amenity fee ($149), all utilities, cable TV, Internet, etc. Dog friendly.
