Sorry to see Mr. Eliot Spitzer fall. He was one of the few US State Attorney Generals who answered my communications back in 2000 to any state office with an e-mail address about each of their departments looking at the Florida Victim Services Directory
http://myfloridalegal.com/directory to get ideas for what their own states could do for victims in the way of an online victim resource directory. Mr. Spitzer actually sent me a snail mail letter dated September 20, 2000 that he would discuss my suggestions with his staff.
He seemed open to input from even someone from Florida. Then from Palm Harbor, Florida when I dropped him an e-mail. I did have recent entries in Marquis
Who's Who in the World and Marquis
Who's Who in America though to add to my credibility even though I had some very serious credibility problems dating from some tinfoil hat incidents in earlier 2000 over which I had little or no control.
Doubt if a lot of men or women go to prostitutes and/or gigolos except maybe those with a lot of money to use as well as a proclivity to skirt the rules. (pun intended).
I do not see prostitution as a "victimless" crime especially in certain countries where those with little or no other options are involved.
I lived in Nevada for 14 years (1969-1983) or so and as some probably already know prostitution is legal in rural counties in Nevada. Does not seem to be legal in urban areas of Nevada like Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada but it sure still happens there as well.
