Default Re: Eliot Spitzer's fall

Tal, you have touched a real raw spot with me. I truly thought he was a slime ball since the beginning.... He rode his white horse, waved his pure white flag, and targeted businesses that were doing things that weren't illegal and were considered standard business practices by the companies for years, but didn't fit some modern "politically correct" definition he had honed. He ruined people's financial futures all over the place by causing stocks to de-value in extraordinary ways as a result of his laser focus on issues which ultimately only mattered to his pure-of-heart public image, and his ambition to become Governor of my state.
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Whether or not his "crime" was terrible, well, it's not so much what he did, but who he projected himself to be - which was this pure, pure judge of everyone.... Every dog indeed DOES have his day! Good-bye to the bum!

If you're interested, one day I'll really tell you how I feel..... ;D
