When we first called Chris, he returned our call promptly and came to give us an estimate the next day. He was on time (actually called us to say he could come a little early if that was okay with us), friendly, professional and gave us a reasonable quote. We hired him instantly and a couple days later his crew showed up (again...a few minutes early...which was GREAT) and started working immediately. They were careful of covering any floors, furnishings, etc., and finished in an extremely timely manner. They were careful in our home and courteous and friendly.
