I think it was Muhammed Ali who, when visiting Africa, said he was sure glad his ancestor was put on "that boat" meaning the slave ship.

Slavery is American's original sin but guess what ... today's descendants of those slaves are still way, way better off here than had they ended up in Africa.

Anyone want to debate that??
