Yes, you are correct. Turkey is predominantly Muslim. Just pointing out a little trivia, since I spent a few years there. Not trying to criticize you. I picked up some long flat skewers from Armenia that resemble swords in size, for my BBQ. I've been smoking ribs and roasts and haven't had a chance yet to try them out yet. There I go, digressing. I better be careful or someone is going to think that I am a liberal, always trying to divert from the subject...
