One of the posters quoted a statute that there is no parking on Sumter county roads.
So if you do decide to call the sheriff you could first chalk mark the tire and take a pic with your cell phone showing the date and time and then do so the next day so you have proof that the truck hasn't moved, is long term parked or abandoned.
Just a thought.
