We made it also for company and it turned out great. Something you can also try is using the fresh chicken ravioli they sell at Publix. It is good. I did try it with the portabella mushroom ravioli and italian sausage together and didn't care for the strong flavor of the portabella mushroom along with the sausage. I think keep it simple is the key to this recipe. I will be posting another recipe for something else later today so keep an eye out.
