Maybe your event does not offer a resident discount for that performance?

Are you at this website: BUY TICKETS - The Villages Entertainment * Special Events * Box Office - The Villages Entertainment * Special Events * Box Office

In the center of the page I get there is a feature box instructing villagers to 'click here to get your resident discount on select performances' which then takes you to a page where you enter:
•Your Member/Golf ID# is a 6-digit number located directly below the barcode on your Villages Resident ID.
•Your PIN number is a 4-digit number assigned to you even if you do not play golf. To get your PIN number, call the Tee Time Office at (352) 750-4558.
•Resident Discounts (when applicable) are applied at the “Review Selection” screen during the order process.
• Web orders are processed by a separate operation and are not available for pick up or review at a Box Office window.


If that does not work, I guess you nee to call the Entertainment Dept. 352-750-5411
