" But For" the fact that Obama is black this guy would have been impeached long ago. The progressives (Media, Educators, Voters) adore him as their prime example and their shinning light for the success of Affirmative Action. In order to make that happen they had to lower their expectations as to performance much akin to what educators have been doing in our institutions for the past 30 years.
