I have no idea, but I did see on some other threads that law enforcement cannot issue citations for speeding (>20 mph) on MMPs because they are private property. If so, the same would hold true for DUI. When you hit a public street, you're fair game.
If this is true, my SECOND BEST advice , if you are stupid enough to drive drunk, is stay on the MMPs driving in circles and endangering the rest of us until you are sober
Seriously, my BEST AND ONLY advice is DO NOT DRIVE WHILE INTOXICATED,
EVER. If you can afford to buy enough drinks at a bar to get drunk, you can afford a taxi ride home. Get you cart the next day.
