I believe that was one of the reasons expressed by the engineering firm the districts hired for a survey or whatever they called it for not striping. Striping the paths will give cart drivers an even more belief the paths are for golf carts only. I'm sure all of us have or will witness joggers having to jump away to avoid getting hit by the cart driver determined not to be impeded by others for whatever reason .
