Would cooler full of beer out of the plastic 6 pack be considered open container. I wouldn't want to be traveling around with cooler full of alcohol out of the container? At least if you drink there they can't count how many you've had, unless you drink 6 at time
Course unless on the way home you run stop signs, speed, meander around, flip your cart, or pull your ballbat!
