A casual statement doesn't warrant your continuous badgering. If someone makes a statement that you don't like,then look it up and dispute the details if you wish. If you can't find evidence for their statement, then ask them to provide links or what not. You are not fooling anyone when you tell folks to prove statements they made that are constantly being discussed in the news. If you wish to say something like "that hasn't been proved" then you may have a legitimate argument.
