Mr.Penn. Villager Joyce was giving you REALLY good advice. If you are having new headaches after living here as long as you have, you really should see a doctor.
But as Doctor Mom, practicing with no shingle for many years, I think you should be sneezing, having itchy eyes and runny nose too. I find that around here there is always some bloomin' thing and I am going to ask warranty to remove them all pretty soon, and take it to the homeowners organization. (JUST KIDDING!)
I suggest you do a Google search for allergy headache, and weed through all of the alternative medicine supplement stuff and find someone like WebMD or the Mayo Clinic. Here is one;

You might try an over the counter allergy pill and nose spray sometimes helps my sinus when it is clogged.
