Barnes and Noble was asked to rescind her book signing event. They declined. Saturday afternoon, approximately 250 people came out to protest Ms. Coulter's appearance and her brand of hatred. The protesters were peaceful, waving American and Israeli flags, singing Hebrew songs, as well as God Bless America and the Star Spangled Banner. In addition to being attended by Jews living in TV, there was a contingency from the United Church of Christ of TV, including a speech by Pastor Drew (sorry, I did not get your last name).
There were people from the press (print media and television) there interviewing the protest. I have yet to see anything in the Daily Sun reporting the event. I really have to wonder why this event was omitted. Is it because Ms. Coulter has a column in the Daily Sun from time to time? I makes my stomach turn every time I hear "fair and balanced" on WVLG's news reports. FoxNews reporting is anything but fair or balanced, but that is another issue.

Every newspaper has it's angle and it's advertisers. None of them are particularly fair and balanced, in my view. It sounds like either one or both of your suppositions could be the case.
