It is highly dependent on the amount of time you have available. If you have a lot of time, there are plenty of "goodwill" type places that have a lot of great stuff. there are several places like "Nearly New" that have gently used stuff, but we found the pricing to be pretty steep so you have to be selective and take your time. On the other side, we furnished the whole place in 4 days - using Showcase furniture in Mount Dora (they deliver), Walmart.com, Wayfair, and Amazon.com. Total cost of about $17,000 - give or take a $1000... We hit the ground and were ready for renters in 4 days. I would not recommend that, but you could do it reasonably in a few weeks. Don't forget the Washer and Dryer - that is extra (figure another $1600 or so), and shades.
