We frogs have the luxury of being here as long we want in a year. We get the benefit of great restaurant deals during the low season. As to the pony, it would be allowed regardless of whether it was a service animal or not. Who knows, maybe it is used in instances where there is a lot of noise and crowds, such as special needs schools? Seems like the squares might be a good place to train it -- noise and crowds and people that would not try to unintentionally harm it. Not great for those enjoying the squares but not a bad idea for the animal. I just hope the man would clean up any accidents.

As to the coolers and lack of enforcement, I seriously resent TV forcing residents to be enforcers. You make the rules, you enforce those rules!
