Default Personalized Package Program vs Homes in Inventory
We're considering a designer home. I know (according to our TV agent) that there are several in inventory and deals to be made. My understanding is if you buy a home already constructed, closing is 30 days.

Does anyone know how long to close if you use the Personalized Package program? I'm assuming these homes are built from scratch and built to your specifications.

Has anyone used this program? Or does anyone know how long it takes for them to build the home.
