This is a non-pet, non-smoking residence. If you are interested in spending some time near Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club ( golf cart or walk away), this is the place! It is located in the vicinity of the VA (Veteran's Administration care), Mulberry Regional Recreational Center and several new stores, medical and dental centers. It is a block away from Buena Vista Boulevard that will lead you towards the other parts of town. It is very close to the Calumet neighborhood pool, and also close to the Chatham family pool (with tennis activities). It is also located only a few minutes of Marion Market. Once on Buena Vista Boulevard, you can reach Spanish Springs in about 10 minutes, close to 15 minutes to Sumter, and another 15 minutes to Brownwood.
Despite all these amenities, it is yet a quiet, restful area. This patio 2/2 home is located in a corner lot, providing a nice view from three angles. We do have an enclosed lanai in the front, where you can read/enjoy breakfast or a cozy afternoon with a glass of wine (or similar). It also gives you the option of enjoying the nice outdoors area with a grill and table for enjoying the afternoon. You will find a one car and a golf cart garage (the rent includes a very nice Yamaha gas golf cart).
The pictures I uploaded will give you a better sense of the property. There is a cozy dining room; a nice breakfast area by the kitchen (that is fully equipped). The laundry area is located next to the kitchen and towards one of the exits that leads to the garage.
The living room is quite spacious and with a TV (the rent includes Comcast cable), and there is a TV in each bedroom. Also included is WIFI throughout the house, and at a very high speed of connection.
The house is bright and private (it receives light that comes from the front, left side and back of the house).
The master bedroom is large and so is the walk-in closet. The second bedroom is very nice and has one section reserved for a small office.


Regarding Price and conditions: I need to keep rentals for the 3-months of JAN/FEB/MAR 2016. I am charging $2800 /month and this price includes all the maintenance and care of the house, it includes the utilities. It includes the Comcast Cable with the above average package subscription and WIFI. There is nothing needed in the house, apart of your private/personal belongings. There is a $500 deposit fee, of which $50 is for having the access card and $85 for cleaning and these are non-refundable. All these details will be in a contract letter.

I DO NOT OFFER LONG TERM RENTAL.
