Don't get me wrong, I love seeing people walking their dogs when I take my morning walk and often stop to chat and pet them, but a crowded event like at the Square is to place for animals of any kind.
I must say that , but chalked it up to the owner being a moron and not the dog. He was just doing what dogs do.
