You're kidding, right? Do you really have that much trouble understanding things? You must not have been interested in following the fight over Obamacare when it was introduced into congress. The whole thing was handled underhanded and behind closed doors. Republicans were not even allowed to participate and therefore none of them voted for it. Even Pelosi admitted that she hadn't read it and stated that it needed to be voted on and then we could see what's in it.
