Not far away from The Hudson Morse Parr Preserve to the West is the are that is having the dirt taken out for the new pond and new barn. The area to the west of the reserve is horse country.

I'll ask again how is the Hudson Morse Parr Reserve the responsibiity of any CDD Perhaps its name may offer a clue as to responsibility?
