Yes, now I recall having this happen to one of my PCs a couple of years ago.
If you are running antivirus software, do a forced scan, as there are ways to reset the clock from software. Also, check you PC and see if the battery for the real time clock can be replaced. This battery typically also backs up several of the settings for accessing the hard drive, the power on password, and other settings. This could be symptom of a failing battery.
