I think Hulahips has the answer. I saw a picture of a couple of women each with a pink shirt with a big balloon under it and their costume looked joined. Tippy Clubb was at the Parrothead Party and I think I saw it her Facebook page but it wasn't her costume....., but no one would have taken it seriously.

I can't get it to copy and paste here. Betcha that was it. Parrothead Parties make a lot of money for charity. That WAS a creative costume girls.
That costume does familiar to what we seen at the halloween party saturday night along with other displays that were excellent costume ideas.
