Here is something I saw on the Florida Library Association Facebook page which looks like a worthwhile cause.

Some of my fellow University of Denver Library School MA candidates were school librarians. There always seemed to be some worry about funding for school libraries.
If you are interested in libraries I hope you will join the Florida Library Association Facebook group and get involved in my 224 613 fight to get more practical materials into libraries of all kinds for survivors/victims of crimes. I would also like to see more materials offsetting the stigmas surrounding mental health. Too many people misuse the ignorance and fear about mental health problems. I have had that dilemma myself often when those in power attack my credibility by putting my mental health in issue rather than addressing the actual problem. That happened starting in 1991 and if you look at my many documents on my Facebook page-- which you should be able to get at rather easily-- you can see it is a very disturbing trend of attacking the person rather than the issue. It is very effective if you are the powerful organization making this attack. I believe this was a favorite tactic of totalitarian regimes like Stalin's USSR and Nazi Germany.
