Being lawyer trained he (and she) knows that even if declared wrong, the message intended was delivered (right or wrong).

Obama continues to demonstrtate he is not presidential capable. He has no ability to rise above his race, religion or politics.

Either he is just being Obama, again. Or there is concern about Clinton being electable. I vote for both.
