Default Double Dipping? Recommendation needed.
I recently inherited my mother's house in Hacienda North, one of the older neighborhoods just off of Morse Blvd. In July, I paid FL Pest Control for an annual termite policy. Now, I have just received another bill for another policy, and been told it is for another kind of termite. Each policy is around $200, making it $400/yr for termite insurance WITHOUT inspections.

Do the rest of you pay for 2 policies for 2 kinds of termites?

That just seems like a lot to me. Have any of you just gone without termite insurance in TV? If not, can you recommend more reasonable priced companies?

I live overseas so am not hands on to keep an eye on these things and am very appreciative of your recommendations.
