Default Closing soon and getting Home Insurance
Closing soon on a home in Sunset Pointe. Getting my insurance through The Villages Insurance, who have been very good to work with and have seen good comments on. I was surprised when I was told that ASI is no longer underwriting new policies for my area. Sounded strange to me, but I was told no reason to be concerned. I'm curious if anyone knows why they are not.
