I never appreciate advice from anyone who considers themselves far more superior than everyone else. That tends to make me think they aren't necessarily caring people.
Thank goodness I was always lucky to work with many intelligent caring people.
If I had a job where I felt everyone was beneath me, I would have quit and got another job.
Most of us have led good lives to get us to where we are and have a good amount of common sense. We definitely didn't just fall off a turnip truck.
Advice goes a lot further from someone who isn't bad mouthing everyone else.
Just sayin'. Just my opinion.
