Yes, and thanks to JG and Ragman. I'm trying to avoid the kind of practice where they put my info into a lengthy boilerplate document, then charge huge fees. Been there, done that, and bought the tee shirt. I'm more looking for sound, updated, practical advice, smart and simple docs, and to go away with the feeling that they actually care about me, the client. The fees should be relative. Trying to avoid the large firm where I'm somewhere in the stacks of files on the para's desk, but am a familiar customer of the atty. Simple office, real people. Does anyone still do this?
