I have to disagree somewhat. Eaton has apparently produced a series of breakers that fail to meet standards for resistance to FCC regulations. Breakers must meet certain standards.

Many household items create radio frequencies that are required to resist them. As long as a ham station meets FCC requirements those household items (including breakers) that do not comply are at fault, not the ham station.
