Yes, Pres. Obama did the veto. Ask yourselves why. Was it the Defense Budget as a stand-alone bill or did it contain riders that were unacceptable?

If it were a stand-alone bill with no riders, there would have been no problem for the President to sign the bill. Unfortunately, the Republican leadership decided to embarass the President and purposely added riders that they knew the President would veto.
