I do want to defend my dear husband as not at all "whipped" but rather just a nice fella who seems to enjoy hanging around with me. He makes almost anything we do together so enjoyable. And I am not kidding about this. I am so lucky after 53 years to say that. Many folks don't enjoy shopping together at all, and for me that would NOT be a deal breaker.
I know that a lot of guys hate to accompany their wives shopping and I don't blame them. I wouldn't either. I hate to see money wasted and I can't get excited spending hours finding the exact color of earrings to match my shirt.
If we were all the same they would just sell vanilla ice cream.
I didn't mean to swat you Eagle. I sounded harsh now that I reread what I said. You weren't catty footing, I was trying to explain what word came before whipped, umm politely. Although Miss Galore in the James Bond wasn't Catty Galore. I worked in a man's world for a long time so I have heard all of those terms. I like men just the same as women. Good folks.

I often attract very aggressive women for some reason. Probably because of how much of a pushover I often am. The woman that helped me the most at the University of Minnesota Law School Julie R., was my Student Director while I was with Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners. She pulled some strings and got me work at the Law Library there when they initially had told me they were fully staffed. She also basically helped me get through law school by aiding me in becoming a Student Director too following in her footsteps at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-- Stillwater. Hats off to strong women like Julie R. She had been the Student Body President of the University of Minnesota Law School too around 1988. She did kind of remind me of Joe Pesci though. And, Jennifer V., was my student in L.A.M.P. Another strong very smart lady. She did not remind me so much of Joe Pesci.
I do often wonder if Julie R., has noticed all the 224 613 references I see in the media and elsewhere over the past few years. I had talked about this interest of mine when trying to get on
The Law and Inequality Journal at the University of Minnesota Law School around the Fall of 1987. I did not go in so much to the details of the Michelle Mitchell 2-24-1976+ murder investigation but tried more to talk about the theories and the like of access to legal information for survivors/victims of crimes. I found very little in the way of practical information for survivors/victims of crimes at the University of Minnesota Law Library which is one of the biggest law libraries in the US. Probably around 7th or so. Ironically, this while was I was trying to help prisoners at the Minnesota Correctional Facility--Stillwater.
And being around a huge number of college students for the past few years, Jennifer V., probably also has by now noticed all these 224 613 references in the media of all kinds. She knew my obsession over this cause as I lived with her from 1989-1990 and mentioned it quite often. Jennifer V., has worked at one of the Big Ten Colleges now for a few years. Not the University of Minnesota though but a different Big Ten school.
I used to enjoy shopping with Jennifer V., as it got her mind off of all the stresses of law school for a while. It also got her thinking about something else than my cause of helping survivors/victims of crimes which was based on my experiences in Reno, Nevada from February 25, 1976 through early Summer of 1984 or so.
