Dear Guest:

What you say is just plain silly because the Constitution clearly separates state and religion. Many posters claim he would not make a good president. I have not made up my mind about Carson but since he is a man who believes in God one can infer that he has a conscious. Carson also projects an honesty, a morality and ethical essence about him and because of his profession an understanding of how things affect people. He has a methodical mind, a creative mind and has spent his life in pursuit of only good and positive things.

Essentially what I am saying is he has good character and right now we need a person with good character.

A president takes a solemn oath . In my mind I envision which of the candidates I would believe who would swear to uphold the laws of this nation and conduct the people's business.

I have selected the candidates whom I believe would honor that oath and I have eliminated the candidates whose background has demonstrated that they can't be trusted and that they would only promote their own self interests.

Posters may ridicule me for getting on a stump here but voters still are not getting it, this nation is at the precipice of a continuing decline because we are becoming a godless, greedy, small minded and self centered society. When Kardashian's running back to Lamar Odom crowds the news while Rome burns you can bet such a nation can't stand long.

These petty disputes among candidates and the over emphasis on social issues will sink us. voters need to focus their energy on issues such as national defense, the economy and foreign policy .

Since they are not either they don't care or they don't know any better. It is why some of us must speak up and reach beyond the pettiness. In that Marco Rubio has been a consistent model
