Had I been at the polo stadium listening to a golf play by play, I certainly would be frustrated too. You can't judge a polo game from a golf course. Hope that you will go to at least ONE polo match and let us know if you enjoy it.

The issue is not about Polo as a sport/game, instead, it is about the neighborhood noise from an excessive loud PA system. There is no reason for a running commentary of the match, especially by a shrill loud voice. If I lived in that area, I would bring a lawsuit to cease and desist the commentary. How many live basketball, football, baseball, tennis, hockey events have you attended that has a live
running commentary? None.
