It does make you wonder a lot....

,,,,,what if this was done in the open instead of behind closed doors with the insurance industry.

.....what if this was done in concert with the opposition and the american public instead of jammed through...such a major bill.

,,,,,what if the WH had not paid off Louisiana and it had stalled and needed some concessions to pass.

and most importantly as pointed out.....

What if Democrats in congress who passed it had read it and understood it before passing ????
