We have a lanai, bird cage and spa none of which we use and all of which we constantly maintain. We do a lot of grilling on the bird cage and that is a blessing.
I can't convince my wife that we would get better use if w enclosed the lanai and her response is always I don't want to be closed in. I want to remind her each and every day she ignores the lanai and the furniture we placed there but experience has finally taught me I am not going to win that argument but honey you don't use the lanai now and its open
